I thought Mel said a number of young players were already signed for next season and presume Pitblado was one of those. Maybe those contracts are no longer affordable and we are offloading to reduce the overall budget.

We all know the expenses to revenue equation for us at this level makes their shareholding absolutely worthless. Who knows what kind of team we will field next season and who is going to galvanise the volunteer network to run the club again instead of wasting all this money on paid staff? Strangers things have happened than we see a very well connected manager whose reputation has taken a battering but who has a street fighter mentality and is keen to prove himself again.
