Re: New Manager
I was about to say that we may be able to expect the actual investor group to act reasonably if the brothers are now taking more of a back seat however I have just seen that Scott Forbes has resigned as a director of Ramayana (on 13 May but filed on 31 May - same day as he resigned from the club bo...

Re: New Manager
The difference is we now have those two self publicists (who have no funds or seemingly common sense) controling Ramayana who still control the club.

Re: New Manager
I think match day income (turnover) will undoubtedly be up. What we don’t know is the profit generated from that increase. As I pointed out previously we didn’t have a paid shirt sponsor last season, no advertising board income and increased staffing costs. Will be interesting see if that strategy ...

Re: New Manager
I wonder if we will ever see the brothers at a game again (I suspect not). While they have been slapping themselves on the back about increased attendences it seems doubtful whether that translated into income. Performance on the pitch is a key factor in attracting support and next season may be a s...

Re: New Manager
If the rumoured budget level is correct then suspect that Revan, Thomas etc could need to be off loaded even if they were under contract.

Re: New Manager
It makes you wonder why so much money was wasted last season in building a side to push for promotion only for it to all be undone in the last few games. The fans are now being asked to support a team next season that are clearly going to struggle and probably be relegated. Has no one at the club d...

Re: Fastest growing club in London!
But what was the impact on the bottom line and sustainability of the club ? Current events would suggest we are needing to cut our cloth quite differently for next season.

Re: More Changes?
As Phil was on the main board I think it was a fair assumption to assume he still ran the Trust. Why isn't the new chairman on the board? The directors of the club are now reduced to Simon Davers, Ben Hudson, Will King, Jacques Le Bar and James Newman. So I think it is safe to assume the new chair ...

Re: More Changes?
I can only guess at the motivation for shareholders, many of whom are U.S. based and presumably have limited knowledge of non league football. By their own admitance, the brothers sold a story (possibly their core competence) and no doubt played on the 'real Ted Lasso' for the U.S. contingent. Unli...
