Re: 25/26 Squad
Can understand the decision to act on Holden either way with decisiveness. What I would add is that when Ted Curd left, ok added with Jack Taylor last season, we fell apart. Why have we then gone back into the loan goalkeeper market when a deal can be cut short instantly, and afterwards we struggle ...

Re: Leatherhead (a) - FA Trophy 2nd Round
Jules saying last year this competition really hindered us at the back end, is he quite sure? The last cup game we played was the 4th of Jan, we had 1 game moved to a Tuesday due to our playing cup commitments, and that was a Tuesday vs Welling, on the 14th Jan. That's clutching at straws, today was ...

Re: Horsham tonight
Last night was a performance and result to be very pleased with. We created numerous good chances, and looked dangerous throughout the game. Ronan Silva, Soul Kader, and Junior Dixon all had good opportunities to score but we just lacked the finishing touch. Aside from games against Totton and ...

In slightly more disturbing news it appears that Jonathan Gjoshe was injured, not life-threateningly during the LNER train attack.TW2-Beaver wrote: Tue Sep 09, 2025 7:31 am https://www.scunthorpe-united.co.uk/new ... act-terms/

Worthing last season was a really positive performance during our bad patch at the back end of the season. Hoping for another positive performance and result today!

Alfie Tuck although tidy takes too many touches. We were 2 down in a cup game and we had no real urgency about us. I don't mind quality issues and being stopped by a better side, which we were.

Re: 25/26 Squad
I understand the appeal, it's great money for players. But for a manager trying to build a competitive squad in Step Two football it must be deeply frustrating. It's a sideshow though, nothing more - for players who are ostensibly looking to move back into League football, I can't imagine it's a ...

Don't like Baller League at all. Don't think Eddie is up to much with us either. But it fits him because he has a humongous ego! Shouldn't be anywhere near Baller League as a step 2 footballer in my opinion. Other names in there, Gondoh, Bassett yep all fits, see above, same as Allsopp.

Our number might have been changed, as Enfield Town and Solihull Moors have been added to the Southern section.
