Re: Club Statement 03/05/24

Investors walking away, Mel gone, doesn’t read well for the future to be honest.
Massive deficit in funding, spent way beyond their means, now paying the price.
No Manager would go anywhere near those two!

Agreed, we were always knocking on the door of something special but luck never seemed to be on our side.
League Cup semi final penalty miss again Sutton when leading on aggregate to names one instance.
Poor Ricky Walkes was inconsolable after that.

Re: Season tickets announced

I do not beleive anything Louis says. Because he is told to say what the owners tell him. Same goes for the Tourist. No need to get personal now, is there. My opinions on this forum are my own, I've never posted anything that I've been told to say by the owners. It's pretty cowardly to insult someo...

And wasn’t that one of the stipulations of the vote, where the colours and name wouldn’t be changed!?
So already going back on what was negotiated.

Re: Those Were The Days; 5th April 1999

What about Raphael Nade? Although pretty useless for us he did go on to play at a higher level including Carlisle Utd and Woking. He was a moody piece of work. I recall he had been subbed off in a game, went and sat by himself along the touchline having a strop instead of with his team mates. 11 ye...

This, the same Gondoh that said 'you'll never see me at this level again' when departing Hampton. Guess he wasn't lying having dropped two steps below us!
