They have won 3/3 in the league, 3 rounds of the FA cup and a round in the trophy so will be no pushovers.
They lost to Whyteleafe in the Trophy, thanks to goals from Ryan Gondoh and Stefan Ilic.

Re: Tony Carroll

Tony joined Hampton for our first season in senior amateur football in 1959. He was by far our best player in that first season and could play centre-half or centre-forward with equal aplomb. I guess he was only about 19 then so he would have been about 85 now. RIP

Re: 25/26 Squad

Compare Hanworth Villa’s website for player welcome and farewell messages and, overall, an impressive piece of local football media.

Re: 25/26 Squad

Did Ben Hudson not say that we had re-signed five of last year's squad? I make that only four and none of those were established members of the squad.

Re: Pre-Season

I do hope we learn the lesson of the last two pre-seasons and arrange some more challenging friendlies. A succession of gentle outings against teams two tiers below us is unlikely to see us fully up to speed for the opening NS fixtures.

Re: Farnborough at home

Les mentioned the loss against Hounslow. I was at that game -it still rankles! The Hounslow team were a couple of leagues above us and they had a couple of internationals playing. They also had reached the Amateur Cup final the previous season before to Crook Town in the replay.
Perhaps not the ...

Re: Weston-super-Mare (A) - Sat 22nd Feb

Vilhete missing is a surprise so can only guess that he has picked up an injury. Roberts on the bench so Evans will probably be CF. Page starting over Keeya again may be down to Keeya not being 100% fit.Our two leading goalscorer not starting. Can Evan break his duck?
