Re: Other NLS News

Odd one this given the timing. If he is off to another club then probably little he can do in the games remaining but maybe the start of planning for next season. Havant possibly or maybe Worthing who still have not named a permanent manager.

Re: Loans

Kuhl is a decent player that might be worth looking at for next season. I see Dorking are second bottom and Oxford City are already relegated after just one season. Tough league to do well in if you are coming from a low base.

Re: Torquay away.

Seymour didn’t seem to be injured on Tuesday but Bloomfield was always doubtful. Inman dropped in favour of Dreyer. Inman did look a bit rusty against Welling and Dreyer has been in good form. Fadahunsi will need to improve on Tuesday to give us some threat up front.

Re: Torquay away.

Torquay are not in administration (yet). They received the points deduction as they filed a notice of intention to enter administration which is punishable under NL rules. They also have a transfer embargo.

Re: Welling here on Tuesday

I think we are pleased with one point as it could easily have been none. Welling side has changed a fair bit since they changed their manager so 16th not a reflection of their current form.

Re: Welling here on Tuesday

Mel said Bloomfield felt his knee and was taken off as a precaution. Could be ok for Saturday.

Re: Welling here on Tuesday

Respect the point. We faded badly in the second half but for all the corners conceded, Debois didn’t have to do too much. We managed only a couple of efforts ourselves. Looks like Bloomfield injured yet again.Apart from our very well worked goal very little to get excited about.

Re: Welling here on Tuesday

Agree. Sort of game where even a point is ok as a defeat could easily knock confidence. Although not playing particularly well we have at least won against sides in trouble and in the bottom half of the table. Last top half win was against Slough.

Re: Hemel Hempstead - 16th March

Results are everything at this stage of the season and if we make the play offs then very much a successful campaign. If we can land a home draw then so much the better. Just hope we don’t flop at the first hurdle. All the sides we are likely to meet are beatable so we should have no fears.
