Would full-time training need more £ playing budget? My understanding is that is the next step to a full time squad, attracting younger players released out of the pro ranks who are looking to get back into the pro teams. It’s a guess but would expect he has just decided to move on to pastures new. Any manager will need a coach and will work within whatever budget is agreed.
