Re: New pitch?
I suspect a combination of planning ease and the additional cost that would be incurred if we went to a "four corners" solution. By that i mean needing to run power to the corners and creating new base for pylons but I'm no expert on these things. An update on this. The issue of moving fl...

Re: Retained list.
I think we are now officially up to 15 players in the squad which I guess still leaves another 4 or 5 places to fill. Looks like we are reasonably solid in defence with one question mark over who partners Inman at centre back. Fernandez and Black are relatively inexperienced at this level so will be...

Re: Retained list.
Can’t say that I have heard of him before but Welling forum suggests they are unhappy to see him leave which is usually a good sign.

Re: News of former players
I think you’ll find it was the Slough managers who changed their mind. They released Harris because of his poor fitness record but he seems to have convinced them to give it another go. Some decent signings at Slough who like us don’t have the biggest budget.

Re: News of former players
Bit surprised about where Deadfield has ended up but good luck to him. Dulwich fans generally unhappy about their manager’s performance last season and lack of signings.

Re: Walton Casuals
My point about Walton & Hersham was that they are an example of where the club was given away for nothing to new owners. They would have folded if this had not happened. I think there is still a story to emerge on what happened at Walton Casuals but I suspect that the owners suddenly realised th...

Re: Retained list.
They are becoming a bit like Hampton Old Boys but nothing wrong with that as they will need more experience at the higher level.

Re: Club Shares
Jamie, all appears quiet on this matter in terms of any new news. A bit frustrating but there could be ongoing discussions at board level but who knows.
