James Roberts announced as leaving Horsham this morning, came off the bench for Sholing in a 4-3 loss to Havant & Waterlooville this afternoon (where he's been reunited with Dan Wishart).

I noticed that he had the #17 shirt against Slough, and when I checked the squad page I saw that Jalloh is no longer on the website. I assume Jalloh has been released, but haven't seen him pop up anywhere yet.

I understand the appeal, it's great money for players. But for a manager trying to build a competitive squad in Step Two football it must be deeply frustrating. It's a sideshow though, nothing more - for players who are ostensibly looking to move back into League football, I can't imagine it's a ...
