Re: New Supporters Trust elections
Jamie, the email from the Trust says that the existing Trust directors may consider standing for re- election. That suggests that they will be subject to the same election process as any other candidate if they decide to stand. So effectively they are retiring. "may consider" is certainly...

Re: Jerry Ferrario
I think "owner" is used a little loosely in the sense of shareholder in Ramayana. They have a couple of corporate vehicle shareholders so may be sitting behind one of those. I am an owner of the club in the sense I own 100 shares in Hampton & Richmond Borough FC Ltd. Agreed. PR wording.

Re: New Supporters Trust elections
The Trust was never in a position to run the club independently without finding substantial financial support from elsewhere even if the club had dropped down a few divisions. The Trust never actively looked to get financial support from elsewhere. This is the entire problem. The club could have be...

Re: New Supporters Trust elections
Speaking personally I let my Trust membership lapse during the covid season's but have signed up again as from last night. I didn't, and still don't, agree with the decision of handing over the shareholding but as I wasn't a Trust member had no say in the process. However it's, arguably, more impor...

Re: News of former players
Dean Wells whilst playing for HRBFC used to play in goal for a Sunday team, against our Hampton Badgers team that was formed after we became to old to play for the clubs u18's. Although playing in goal he would often venture forward and take attacking set pieces for his team. What a player he was fo...

Thoughts with his family and friends at this time.

Re: Club Colours
Interesting to have the history. The red and blue halved shirts (such as that for 21-22) look great, better than stripes and the generic plain shirts we have this year. I heard one of the brothers interviewed saying something along the lines of having shirts fans could wear casually but surely that...

Re: Club Colours
The traditional shirts over the years were halves so shouldn’t it be the badge that changes to fit in with the shirt? The club originally had quarters I believe. The half and half shirts would have been done to stock available from the suppliers perhaps, like why different variations are used over ...

Re: Club Colours
Red and blue checks perhaps? Like Croatia. Quarters, like the club badge! Not been done for decades. I did a concept shirt for the annivesary, Not sure how I can attach it here though. The traditional shirts over the years were halves so shouldn’t it be the badge that changes to fit in with the shi...

I loved watching that team.
RIP Paul Williams, and absolutely amazing guy, when I was playing in the u18s he was always there giving encouragement, even when I made mistakes. Amazing guy.
