If no one can inspect the company accounts it looks as though something shady is going on. Hope not form the club's sake! You both misunderstand the clause in the Articles because of the wording of the Section Heading . This refers to shareholders not having an automatic right to inspect the accoun...

There does not seem to be a suggestion of non-involvement with supporters just presumably no supporter director. I'd like to think that initially we would give Ramayana the benefit of douubt and feel positive about their intentions. Especially as I mentioned there seems little in it for them in this move to ownership except to progress the club.

Think that for most of us their attitude to how they will run the club in future is a matter of speculation. From what we have been told these people and their investors are experienced business people , that so, they will do things rightly, hopefully not destroying the family feel we all love. It ...

OK I have now caught up with the fact that there was a recent resolution for shareholders which was presumably to agree to new share arrangements via a change in the Articles of Association.
