Re: Those Were The Days; 29th April 1995
This was presumably under Chick Botley's management? I remember us often being quite hard to beat at that time but not always capable of finishing other teams off ruthlessly enough. Always looked quite well organised though, Chesh would have seen to that in midfield.

Re: Relegation issues settled?
Got to hand it to Concorde they battled so hard to even still be in contention last night, but it just wasn't to be. Sounds like they gave it their best shot against Havant, who are out of form but clearly still have some very good players.

Genuinely think this could go either way, although the home advantage might count for a lot as Walton have been pulling the crowds in recently.

Re: Welling away
Another away game I'm thankful I didn't bother with. I'll be there for the last home game on Sat but the end of the season can't come quick enough really can it? Agreed. Looking forward to a relaxing May/June following some other pursuits in life and recharging the batteries. Think everyone needs i...

Re: New season
Having seen the lad at Walton who scored all the goals a couple of times this side of Christmas, (Simon?) I don't think he's the answer either and could be another Minhas.
