I guess only time will tell but I think it’s a commonly held belief that points need to be picked up pretty quickly to avoid getting dragged into the mire. That’s correct. He didn’t rule them out but he did suggest they might not want to want to work with a limited budget either so let’s let Tony reply for himself Shep. Otherwise it’s all what if, possible and may be's and continued fence sitting.
