Not surprised. With his connections there, it might be that we will not see him again. If so, best of luck to him.

Re: The Run In & Play Off Prospects
Tony’s recent remarks are similar to those expressed elsewhere. I am sure it is the main topic at both board and investor level. The incidents of clubs being promoted only to fall back within a couple of seasons is high, just look at the current National League table. I would look carefully at Maide...

Their scorer against us has been recalled by Aldershot, wonder if he is going out on loan somewhere else?Looked useful against us.

Re: The Run In & Play Off Prospects
Interesting comments, this season will be tough to get promoted given our current position and the teams around us. From memory , Mel did say that we were ahead of our plans and that we would need to bring in some players in the summer , the number depending upon the league we are in. Bear in mind t...

Re: St Albans Away
Tough game on Saturday against a team in the playoffs position. We saw how good they were a few weeks ago and they have the goal threat of Jeffers who got another brace at Weymouth this week. They came away with a point there thanks to a last minute goal. For us a point would be good , hopefully the...

Re: Havant here on Tuesday.
Both keepers had good games making some vital saves. Havant’s keeper especially in the second half made some good stops, although as Mel pointed out, some of our finishing could have been better. Though Dreyer and Fernandez played well in the central defence against some good forwards. As for Havant...

Havant here on Tuesday.
Another rearranged fixture. On paper it looks like a win but my feelings is it will be far from that. Their squad contains several very good players Roberts and Seager spring to mind. After two poor managerial appointments the current team have started to get improved results. They were denied a win...

Re: Farnborough Home Saturday.
I heard Spencer Day saying they should have won and no doubt that will be the theme of his post match summary. Probably a fair result but to concede a goal in injury time was disappointing. Adam played well in goal and saved a penalty. For all their possession the visitors were held well and I just ...
