And yet again there seems to be no reference to the Trust. In November 2022 when the brothers outlined the plans it felt that the Trust would play a major role going forward.
Not sure where you got that impression. I understand they are not allowed to canvas support inside the ground any longer.

Re: Dean Inman

Big news and he will be missed for sure. Hope it is a good move for him.

As mentioned the club is planning to train mornings from next season which will possibly put paid to those with regular jobs like Donaldson and no doubt others.

Re: Club Announcement 11 April 24

Firstly there is no need to put out such a statement unless there is real expectation of announcing some major news later on. This is news management but without telling too much of the detail. It does say existing owners and management are committed to the club but that could still mean that they d...

Re: Bath here on Tuesday

It would be interesting to hear more from the club about the development strategy. We have our own Academy which has been used to fill the bench on odd occasions but not really showing signs yet of supplying any players for next season. Mel said at the start of the season he had room in his budget f...

Re: Bath here on Tuesday

We did sign a couple development players this season. One played a couple of games and left and one we got rid of. By and large such players aren’t ready for this level and would be better of getting game time at a lower level rather than sitting it out each week. Unless we are going to run an U23si...

Re: Bath here on Tuesday

The cost of 3Gs has gone up massively from when we first looked at the possibility. I would argue there are better things to spend the money now on but does leave open the question of how the funding shortfall will be met. Shareholders would be the only answer I can think of. I can understand this ...

Re: Other NLS News

That’s a bit of better news for us as that leaves Bath with only two games left, Torquay and Aveley. We are one point behind with a game in hand.

Re: Bath here on Tuesday

The younger player full time model is the one so successfully deployed this season at Eastbourne.

Re: Bath here on Tuesday

Football webpages final predicted table now has us finishing 8th losing out to Farnborough on one goal difference on 72 points.

And we are now 23rd in the form guide and have to play Dover (17th), St Albans (22nd) and Maidstone (1st).

Re: Bath here on Tuesday

Mel still putting a positive spin on the performance publicly but he must know that current tactics and set up is just not working. Will he make changes for Saturday? Players like Inman, Wishart, Kurran- Browne and Fadahunsi not even in the match day squad and we only used two subs tonight. More sen...
