Re: Torquay away.

Torquay are not in administration (yet). They received the points deduction as they filed a notice of intention to enter administration which is punishable under NL rules. They also have a transfer embargo.

Re: Welling here on Tuesday

I think we are pleased with one point as it could easily have been none. Welling side has changed a fair bit since they changed their manager so 16th not a reflection of their current form.

Re: Welling here on Tuesday

Mel said Bloomfield felt his knee and was taken off as a precaution. Could be ok for Saturday.

Re: Welling here on Tuesday

Respect the point. We faded badly in the second half but for all the corners conceded, Debois didn’t have to do too much. We managed only a couple of efforts ourselves. Looks like Bloomfield injured yet again.Apart from our very well worked goal very little to get excited about.

Re: Welling here on Tuesday

Agree. Sort of game where even a point is ok as a defeat could easily knock confidence. Although not playing particularly well we have at least won against sides in trouble and in the bottom half of the table. Last top half win was against Slough.

Re: Hemel Hempstead - 16th March

Results are everything at this stage of the season and if we make the play offs then very much a successful campaign. If we can land a home draw then so much the better. Just hope we don’t flop at the first hurdle. All the sides we are likely to meet are beatable so we should have no fears.

Re: Hemel Hempstead - 16th March

I’m not sure we dominated the game in the way Mel claimed in his post match comments. With four debutants Hemel were understandably disjointed but we allowed the second half to become a physical battle which we weren’t really winning. Mel was right in that the penalty was harsh on them. It came from...

Re: Hemel Hempstead - 16th March

2-1 Seymour pen after a pretty poor second half display. Seymour immediately subbed.

Re: Hemel Hempstead - 16th March

1-1 after being well on top we gave away a poor goal with some bad defending.

Re: Hemel Hempstead - 16th March

It's not the greatest record. Official bogey team status. One for the statos, which team in the current NLS do we have the best and worst records?
