Might need a few high balls as they've only just got round to sorting the pitch, especially come winter!!

The Welling fans seemingly happy he has gone and the Glentoran fans are not happy he has been appointed!

Re: New pitch floodlights etc.

All seems rather rushed to me. Obviously by the time we got planning permission most of the companies who sort out artificial pitches were probably booked in. However we have decided to go ahead with it this summer. Most things I read say it will take a minimum 12 weeks. Which if it had started toda...

Re: New season

Interesting comment by the Farnborough manager on their squad update regarding Bloomfield leaving them. Makes it sound like our wage budget could be pretty high. Mason Bloomfield Another lovely guy that despite only being here a few months, was a popular player. I was speaking to him positively, but...

Re: Tonbridge on Tuesday.

The cut off for a suspension for 10 yellow cards is soon. The 2nd Sunday in March. So we have 4 games before then including tonight. Players at risk are: Alfy Whittinham on 8 Dan Wishart on 7 Shane Dunne on 6 Wouldn’t be surprised to see some tactically subbing in the next few games. It’s a two matc...

No, he came on in the 36th minute. Then a Jack Wood came on towards the end and got the winner. According to their Twitter account.

Tony wrote: Sat Feb 25, 2023 9:29 pm I think they click in immediately now so expect Inman to miss Tuesday. Davis is hopefully fit.
Has it changed again? Always use to be 2 weeks at this level then moved to 7 days. So therefore available Tuesday not for Saturday.

Re: Dulwich at home on Saturday.

Hopefully only a one game ban for Inman, not dangerous play. I think a straight red is three matches automatically isn't it? I could be wrong though. Depends on the charge. As this will probably be denying a goal scoring opportunity it should be 1. https://www.thefa.com/-/media/cfa/berks-bucksfa/fi...

Re: Dulwich at home on Saturday.

Well Wood has gone back to Tonbridge. Wonder if we will get a replacement? Do we need anyone else? We’ve just signed Clifton and Fisher. Attacking positions, down the middle and outwide. We now have Rowe, Kurran-Brown, Clifton, Fisher, Barzey & Donaldson. Whittingham has also played in wide rig...

Re: Weymouth Away Tuesday.

Just got back. A classic game of two halfs. Weymouth were by far the better team in the first half we looked all over the place. They particularly gave Dan Wishart a stern test down his side. Alan Julian had to make several good saves. Somehow we came away only 1 down at halftime. We did have our ch...
