I understand the league are now asking clubs to vote before the 28 day deadline so I guess we will see a decision one way or the other by the weekend. In the meantime, some clubs are receiving letters from the league asking whether they will fulfil Saturday’s fixtures and threatening sanctions.

You're right some clubs with low average gates did very well out of the grants and of course the with much higher gates did disproportionately badly. Latest publicly declared tally is 16 votes for null and void in NLN/NLS with 16 votes to come. 22 votes is the threshold. Of course depends on Resolution 1 being carried first otherwise irrelevant.
