Re: Braintree home tonight
Living up north, I only get to see a few matches and wasn't there last night but I was wondering what regular supporters thought of Shane Dunne's performance v Braintree. I've only seen him in three matches but, each time, he's looked out of his depth at this level. He was a regular starter in all t...

But also referencing Shep’s question “Could ours be likely to follow?”.

Re: Next 3 Home Games
That’s Woking you’re talking about, Les, not Hampton, I presume.

Re: Beavers Trust AGM
Congratulations and good luck to the ten who will form the new Trust board. Disappointing that a third of the Trust membership did not vote. How will the result affect the position I believe Phil Weller has on the Football Club board? He only scraped in by one vote onto the Trust board so may no lon...

Re: Dover away on Saturday.
I might be wrong, but it is more likely to be next Saturday against Maidstone, if so, he will be missed more than in the Tuesday game? Yes, Dean's foul probably saved us 2 points on Saturday but he has been such a dominant presence at the back that his subsequent absence could cost us a point or two.

Re: News of former players
Two of our centre-forwards from last season met up at Dulwich on Saturday. Tommy Wood scored the second goal for Lewes, stayed on for the whole game and had Lewes fans singing "There's only one Tommy Wood". Dulwich failed to score and Adrian Clifton was subbed after 58 minutes. Swings and ...

Re: Club Colours; R&B Quarters
I have the programme from the South West Middlesex Intermediate Victory Cup Final 1956/57 played at Beveree on Friday 26th April 1957, k.o. 6.30pm versus Hanworth FC (Beveree by kind permission of Twickenham AFC!). Hampton's programmed line-up; Terry Cook; Ivor Griffin, Mike Massey, Ted Brown, Dere...

Re: Club historian
Anyone thinking of applying for the role of club historian which has just been advertised on football jobs.com? Part of the job role is to write up the history of the club from conception to 23/24 season from club archives. Also to work with fans to understand their journey and how they came to sup...

Re: News of former players
Didn't he once play for Hampton and Richmond in goal for one match when Lovett got badly injured? MK Dean had 70 minutes in goal away at Maidenhead when Matt Lovett tried to punch clear a cross and connected with Richard Pacquette’s head instead. Both were sent off. He kept a clean sheet and we won...

Re: Trust Fans Forum
The e-mail that’s just been sent out to members and former members of the Trust, with dates for the re-formation of the Trust, may be the starting point for this being achieved.
