Hope it goes back to traditional.
Absolutely no point having squad numbers unless players actually keep the same number every game.
It also makes the match reports and record keeping inaccurate as the Pitchero website template doesn't allow it to be recorded accurately.

Re: Concord Chairman steps down
Concord have appointed their U18s manager as new first team boss. Feels very much like the appointment you make when you don’t have much of a budget to offer. Clearly many better qualified or experienced managers out there. Good luck to him. Managed the u18s for 4 years. Promoting from within the c...

Re: News of former players
It's actually "Luke", he dropped the "!!!" from his first name.
His stage name is actually, "the artist formally know as Luke!!!"

Re: Squad for 21/22 Season.
15 signings is brilliant, got the core kept together.
No need to rush now. Pre-season often throws up surprises with players becoming available.
I'm sure Gary will hope he can keep a couple of spaces open for some wild cards that may come up.

Re: Pre-season schedule
Decent pre-season schedule with some nice local pro clubs. Although officially an "XI" hopefully they will field decent sides, and both should attract big crowds. Woking and AFC will do too. although I do think with the way AFC fans treated Beveree so badly when playing in competitive game...

Re: Concord Chairman steps down
Alex Wall has signed for Havant from Concord, so that’s a second striker they have signed this close season following James Roberts from Oxford City. Havant have also signed central defender Joe Oastler from Oxford City. Looks like Havant and a Dorking are going for it next season. James Roberts is...

Re: Squad for 21/22 Season.
a massive statement of intent and backing for the manager. Should mean having a real go this season. With these players having "signed", and I very much doubt player registration forms are out yet, does this mean the 15 players have all signed contracts? or is it just the wording used to a...

Re: Rest of the season?
What did Barwick add to the club last time? Other than cut a ribbon and have a plaque?
During his tenure, his signature on funding applications, grants etc would have been useful, could have looked to completely rebuild the main stand.

Re: Middlesex Senior Cup??
Jamie, as I said, do you think the club hadn’t already considered all this? You cannot separate Hammonds from the rest of the buildings and I said, the players will come through the car park on the way to the pitch. The usual COVID red and amber zones will still apply and as the car park is red zon...

Re: Hampton’s Heroes
The book is about the last 20 years so not really covering players from before 2002. I thought the centenary book was to cover the 100 years, wouldn't that be a better seller? Especially for the wider football audience? could also add things in that maybe didn't make it in to the previous book? Not...

Re: Middlesex Senior Cup??
Regardless of first team players, or academy players, it will still be a "1st team fixture" just as Aston Villa had to play the kids versus Liverpool in the FA Cup. Fans cannot attend, however the bar can open and serve drinks outside, but would have to put a screen up so you cannot watch...
