Re: Bath here on Tuesday
The post about trials seems to confirm they have taken place. Tony’s point about Eastbourne is very valid, there are so many young players coming through the system at various ages and they are released. History tells us that some players are missed and return to a higher grade of football successfu...

Re: Bath here on Tuesday
The point about going full time with younger players might be valid. We have already gone to a hybrid training system and this will continue. About now there are several players with league clubs who have been informed they will not be retained. Think last season we did have trials for them and this...

Re: Bath here on Tuesday
There are several players who are barely used, for whatever reason, and most likely must be on the way out. Would agree, a detailed look at the players signed on gives several categories. Long term injuries, retired, injury prone, out on loan, loaned to club, struggling to play a full match. In add...

Re: Bath here on Tuesday
The cost of 3Gs has gone up massively from when we first looked at the possibility. I would argue there are better things to spend the money now on but does leave open the question of how the funding shortfall will be met. Shareholders would be the only answer I can think of. I can understand this ...

Re: Bath here on Tuesday
Must say I am somewhat perplexed by team selection. Brown seems to disappeared from the squad, was in my book a strange addition from the start. Whittingham recalled from Havant, used as sub on Saturday then not in the squad on Tuesday. Perhaps it might be a little premature but a topic of squad cha...

Re: Bath here on Tuesday
I understand that Steve Perrryman was there as well as he is a friend of Paul Tisdale.

Re: Bath here on Tuesday
A very poor game, Bath were the better side, they pressed us well and all our faults which have been so evident in recent games were exposed. Long hopeful balls to Seymour were inevitably returned by the opposition or went harmless though to the keeper or a goal kick. Agree about Donaldson whose for...

Re: Other NLS News
Ref Walton manager. Harris has strong connections with Kingstonian, no doubt their supporters would be pleased. Whether he would want to be involved with a club just relegated, no fixed home ground have just moved to Raynes Park Vale and whose supporters are in dispute with the Board is another matt...

Re: The programme
Are we likely to follow this trend? Personally I am very old fashioned and to get a programme is often a momentous of the game. I have Hampton programmes back to the early 1960s.

The programme
I read that Kingstonian are no longer going to produce a programme as it is no longer required. It might be that their relegation might be the factor. Anyone know about this rule?

Re: Bath here on Tuesday
Would agree about the three players Tony mentioned. It is noticeable that Donaldson has been the player substituted regularly recently. To my way of thinking he is struggling and missed a great chance to put us two up on Saturday. Personally I would play either Kurran - Brown or Gibson- Hammond wide...
