Re: Hanworth Villa
It's something of an ex Hampton twilight home there too...Michael Kamara, Terry Buss, (OK only the one appearance for us I think) I remember seeing Terry play for us away to Bedford Town in April 2002. It was an end-of-season affair, both clubs had goalkeeping problems coming into the match. We bro...

Re: Dorking away on Saturday.
Having seen the highlights both on Dorking's youtube channel and on ours, I have to say how much more professional our commentary was compared to the partisan ramblings of the Dorking bloke. So a pat on the back for Rob who must be one of the best commentators around in non-league.

Re: Dowson sacked by Woking.
No, not just because he went for a job interview at Woking. It was the insensitive timing of it, just a few hours after the play-off final. And yet he's complaining about a lack of sensitivity by the Woking board in how they sacked him, something they've a perfect right to do and which has been on t...

Re: Dowson sacked by Woking.
This same "good man" who treated a friendly club pretty shabbily in May 2018.

That's two managers who need interpretors for their press conferences gone in 48 hours.

Re: New Signings
I do feel rather sad that we are signing a player who, in the Lewes pecking order, was below Razz Coleman who we let go at the start of the season. Razz, meanwhile, has been a regular goalscorer in a team challenging for promotion to the NLS. Hope my feelings are unfounded.

Re: Dartford Away Saturday.
My wishlist for this afternoon -
1. Farrell at left-back.
2. A fully-fit Deadfield in midfield.
3. Hooped shirts and blue shorts.

Re: Braintree home on Tuesday.
This season's problems between the manager and Farrell seem to have started after the Dulwich game when Gary, by implication, publicly scapegoated Kyron for some of the goals conceded. Since then, he's hardly featured. At half-time yesterday, the situation was crying out for Kyron's strength and exp...

Re: St Albans away.
That was something I'd suspected but, as I've not managed to get to many games, I didn't like to mention. Muir seems to lack confidence in goalscoring situations and so prefers this "hold-up" role. Wouldn't we be better with Slew and Fisher up front?

Re: F A Trophy
According to BBC Weather and the Met Office, you should indeed get your sunny day albeit with strong winds and temperatures around 6deg.
