Re: Other NLS News

Ref Walton manager. Harris has strong connections with Kingstonian, no doubt their supporters would be pleased. Whether he would want to be involved with a club just relegated, no fixed home ground have just moved to Raynes Park Vale and whose supporters are in dispute with the Board is another matt...

Are we likely to follow this trend? Personally I am very old fashioned and to get a programme is often a momentous of the game. I have Hampton programmes back to the early 1960s.

The programme

I read that Kingstonian are no longer going to produce a programme as it is no longer required. It might be that their relegation might be the factor. Anyone know about this rule?

Re: Bath here on Tuesday

Would agree about the three players Tony mentioned. It is noticeable that Donaldson has been the player substituted regularly recently. To my way of thinking he is struggling and missed a great chance to put us two up on Saturday. Personally I would play either Kurran - Brown or Gibson- Hammond wide...

Bath here on Tuesday

It is stating the obvious that this game might well be the defying match of this season. Our opponents might have one less game to play than it appears on the league table. Many of us are aware of the events surrounding the Slough v Bath game that got abandoned. As a consequence both Bath and manage...

Re: Clubs in Crisis

Dartford won at Havant yesterday may well have condemned them to relegation. Taunton still have a lot of games to play, I don’t think other clubs will be as generous as us!

Re: Taunton here on Saturday.

Our current form suggest if we make the playoffs then we will be drawn away against one of the more fancied teams. The current squad is ok at our level but is not strong enough to get promotion and would struggle further up the pyramid as we see from the current National league table. Given that per...

Re: Taunton here on Saturday.

Have to agree a very poor game, we should have been out of sight by half time. Seymour got an opening goal and the partnership with Bloomfield looked promising. Donaldson missed a good chance , but then poor defending allowed an equaliser in first half injury time. The second half was poor as our vi...

Re: Clubs in Crisis

Possible hope for Eastbourne, Dartford, Taunton and even Havant? Whoever gets to the top relegation spot. A mini league!

Re: Those Were The Days; 3rd April 1961

Interesting to think back to those times and how the whole basis of football and non league has changed. When we went to a Richmond Road Kingstonian were a well established senior non league team that had recently been to Wembley for an Amateur Cup final (which I went to) . Now they have no ground, ...
