Tonight’s and yesterday’s results push us down to fifth place. Must win those games in hand as mid-table teams are also pushing upwards.

Our next FA Trophy opponents, Macclesfield Town (playing with 10 men from the 40th minute) lost 2-3 to NPL League leaders Radcliffe. Our last opponents, Hartlepool, won 1-0 away to Ebbsfleet.

Back to the football …… Hartlepool lost. 2-1at lowly AFC Fylde yesterday evening.
