Think we must be looking for a win, our away form has been very good recently.
Would expect few changes, it might be some squad rotation give we play again on Monday.

Two goals from low crosses. Concord seem stronger than us in midfield. Inman went off injured early on.

Anderson subbed, Gondoh on and Donaldson into centre back. Slew just made it 2-1. We have looked better already.

Not sure how much risk we are taking on Gondoh but we had to change something.

Suddenly all Hampton. Making lots of chances.

Ended 2-1. Definitely a game of two halves. We could easily gone in 4 or 5 goals down in the first half. Concord were opening us up too easily on both wings with both goals coming from low crosses.Gary Mc not very happy and made changes at half time which saw us start to dominate and Slew scoring when through on goal. He is a good finisher no doubt. We then created a number of good chance but Concord’s keeper made a series of very good saves to deny the equaliser. Concord rallied a bit before we ended the half strongly.

Gondoh made a lot of difference despite not expected to play. Not fully fit but did make us play much better. The loss of Inman early may lead to a rethink for Maidstone as Anderson was taken off at half time and Donaldson dropped alongside Wassmer. We still in my view lack strength in midfield against sides who close us down and stop our passing game.

Anderson off at HT - was he struggling?

The whole defence was struggling.

Strange to come away wondering how we didn't win, after being so well beaten for the first 45 minutes. A real game of two halves, but the second half performance was rousing, to say the least. No surprise at all that the excellent 'Beachboys' 'keeper (on loan from Watford) took all the post-match plaudits and picked up the MotM award. On to Maidstone United tomorrow at the Bev'. A tough task for sure, but let's get behind the boys and cheer 'em on...should be a good turn out through the turnstiles.
