Sounds like he is looking for 4/5 players. As he said he’s only watched the 1 game at Leatherhead be interesting to see who gets the chop.

Based on that it could be anyone...

A good interview from Dowse. It has been quite obvious for some time that we need five or six better players if we are going to stay up. We've already used up a lot of our loan allowance so Dowse will have to find some permanent signings which won't be easy at this time of year. There must be some players at NL level who aren't getting a look in and could do a job with us but may cost us a bit. Dowse knows the player market as well as anyone but he can only work with what is available and within what ever budget he has been given. But we know he won't sit on his hands and I expect to see a fair bit of movement in and out in the coming weeks. Interesting to hear that his backroom team could include some who have also been here before. Overall the reaction has been pretty positive from the fans.

Christian Jolley and Nathan Collier have both done stints on his staff elsewhere I believe so wouldn’t be surprised if one of them show up.

I had a gut feeling it'd be Dowse, honestly couldn't tell you why just did aha. Absolutely buzzing to have him back; he knows the club well, experienced at this level and respects the community aspect of things which is always a plus! Unfortunately, I never got to see us under Dowse previously so really looking forward to this chapter with him; let's get behind them!

Dowse interview up and says Luke Ruddick and Ryan the fitness coach have stayed on to his back room staff.

Dowse has hinted that a former midfielder of ours could be coming back in. Max Kretzschmar has been out injured but recently said he’s back training on grass and should be fit in a week or so.

Do you think he might come in on a short-term loan to build up his fitness, given our links with Max and with Cox?

If not, who else do you reckon it could be?
