According to Kieran Maguire, HMRC have issued a winding up petition against Ebbsfleet. Fleet have however issued a statement to say they have not received any notice of this. A similar situation happened with them just two months ago. https://x.com/kieranmaguire/status/2082 ... JLl_yHWs2A
