The games don’t get any easier. I hate to be pessimistic, but can’t see us getting anything here. I really hope I’m proven wrong but with how strong weston were last season, particularly at home, and our concerning showing last week, I can see another defeat. The team I’m sure will be desperate to put things right though.

Well I've not been able to make the first two league games but 0 goals for and 8 against isn't a great start is it? Not sure I get the logic of putting an 18 year old rookie loanee straight in either, but will await reports with interest.

Another really poor showing unfortunately. Scott Rogers has congratulated us for making a game of it. 1 down early, really easy goal to concede. I understand the team hasn't been together very long but some of the individual mistakes were abysmal. Every time we had a good moment we'd make an U7s error and back at square one. Went to a back 4, new lad looked fairly decent at Left Back. Siziba our liveliest player and looked better when he was on the ball. Defense still looks shaky, midfield was boosted by Atkinson, but complimented by an anonymous Fonguck, and a very very poor Widdrington. When we won a set piece of corner, our delivery from set pieces were rubbish. Straight down the goalkeepers throat or far far too deep. 2 games in so no need to hit the panic button but goodness me that is some rubbish to build on. Hassan looked rubbish, Rai made the same mistake that he did last week twice. Dowse mentioned how Tough Pre Season was for the instability, but we look like we think we are still playing against step 4 standard teams. Pathetic showing, bottom of the league having conceded 8 in 2 games. Horsham will tear us another new one during the week if we don't buck up now.
