Shane Dunne according to Radio Beaver.
Bit harsh to be shown a red card for what in essence was time wasting.

Had he already been booked?
I don’t think Shane was actually listed on the bench either? He was standing on the terrace behind the bench at the start of the game and Mel invited him in.
Could get in even more trouble then, as you have to be named on the team sheet (player or staff list) to be in the dugout. If he wasn't included, when they put the red card through, it could be an additional fine for the club.

How was he sent off then for delaying the restart of play? as that is a yellow card offence.

Club Secretary has tweeted elsewhere that it was two yellow cards but awaiting ref's report for the reasoning.

Do you still have to name on the team sheet all the members of staff that will be on the bench?

YES!
and there is also a limit to how many staff that can be on the bench, which varies at different levels.
