Anyone else noticed that we now appear to have two websites?

The new website looks far superior to the old Pitchero one. Congrats to the media team!

Yes that new website does indeed look pretty impressive. Well done to all concerned!

The new website is far better, and long overdue.
Pitchero templates are awful and full of third party adverts the club get nothing for.
However the new one has the wrong club name. And it's beyond weird this has been done.

Also, replica shirts £45 kids / £50 adults for a non league shirt is an absolute disgrace.
I know where Hope & Glory have their kits manufactured and knowing what the cost price to manufacture them is, it is disgusting to have that markup.

No need for Borough in the team's name as Hampton and Richmond are enough for letting people know about the club. I'm sure Ted Lasso would think we could drop the Borough without any problems!

Strange that the links on Twitter still take you to the old website.

Hampton and Richmond implies a merger of two clubs, and they are in different counties and far apart.

The use of the word Borough means the club represent the entire Borough.

If the name is to be changed then it should go back to just "Hampton"

It would be great if the new website would also have an Academy section which offers updates, fixture information, trial dates etc.

If you look at what the likes of Dorking, Woking etc do to promote their academies through websites and social media interaction there is a lot there that can be done at HRBFC academy to help it grow.

Edit - having just visited the new site there is now an academy page which carries basic info and how to apply.

The new website is a huge improvement in terms of looks, visually great, and long overdue.
Would anyway be able to answer if full match details will be updated? The match reports are on the results, but no team sheets, or player records, I hope this is being recorded, as after the years of work the likes of Les, Chris, others and those before them, it would be a real shame if the record keeping doesn't continue.
Although Pitchero I wasn't a fan of, I imagine it was easier to use their database to keep this information up to date.
Will such info be added and kept going forward?

The Old Historian is very much still recording all of the stats, as am I. Stuart Moore is also doing this for the programme so we have 3 sets of eyes on the data this season. Agree would be good to replicate online, Pitchero was awful for that kind of thing. Not sure what is being used for the new website.
