"Owner" but isn't a shareholder, nor a director on companies house.

I think "owner" is used a little loosely in the sense of shareholder in Ramayana. They have a couple of corporate vehicle shareholders so may be sitting behind one of those. I am an owner of the club in the sense I own 100 shares in Hampton & Richmond Borough FC Ltd.

Accountability and transparency are the things that fans look for in the owner and directors of their club. If Jerry is the owner now why haven't we heard of him before now. Perhaps he is a front for someone else as nothing seems to be known about him!
