Given the injuries and the form of our visitors it was always going to be a difficult game. With neither keeper troubled too much it looked like a draw until a deflected shot put the visitors in the lead. We kept putting the ball in the air to Seymour who was outnumbered. Inexplicably we were not given s penalty in the first half but in injury time we got one and Seymour scored, so nice to have a reliable penalty taker.
Now two tough away games, much depends on the fitness of several players, especially Bloomfield whose physical presence is missed.

Decent point, keeps the unbeaten run going.
It seems for sure there is something different about the crowd counts this season. I think there are usually now a few more fans behind the goal than used to be the case but the density of people on the main terrace last night would have come in at a much lower number than 844 in previous years. Even adjusting for maybe the 50 or so extra behind the goal doesn't explain the difference. If season tickets are being counted for holders that don't attend I don't think that would make up for the apparent difference either.
Out of interest does anyone know how many season tickets were sold this year? 100 -150 maybe?

Something certainly seems different this season. Perhaps drinks are being included

There are certainly less people 'in' the ground than the figures being announced and on a cold Tuesday night it does show it more than on a Saturday. However the owners obviously have their method for working out the attendances so it's a bit of a mute point really.
What is clear is that regardless of announced attendances there are more people in the ground for these games than last season which is a real positive.
