well done to the club and trust on the pricing for the rest of the season.

Interesting development.I guess the club is a bit worried about losing the 1,000+ attendances in recent games but whether this does the trick remains to be seen. We were clearly getting some big crowds when prices were much higher though mainly on a Saturday when children formed a bigger proportion of the crowd than on a Tuesday evening. Pushing through that stubborn 600-700 barrier looked like it has been achieved but we have reverted to more historic levels in recent games.Might be something to do with results or were attendances higher previously for some other reason?

Historically we get smaller gates midweek than on a Saturday. As has been pointed out, it may well have been the lack of children and their parents.
It might be that with so many midweek games to come a reduced entry might attract some folk looking for a match to attend. It will more interesting to see the gates on the forthcoming Saturday fixtures. Of course the away supporters and the importance of the game is another major factor.
Worth a try , it is a marketing tool that needed to be investigated.
