It is normal for clubs to list lineups of non signed players in preseason games as trialists 1 etc. This is to not alert other clubs as to the player’s availability. For those attending this game the names may be known because they are recognised or through discussion. Publishing on this forum or other media is not considered good practice.
No doubt if the player starts to play in subsequent matches then his profile will increase and perhaps the club will announce his arrival.
We wait for news.

Agree. All but one trialist was identified but must respect that the club doesn’t want to reveal names at this stage.
