Alfie Williams has joined Chesham.

Not too bothered Williams has gone elsewhere though some might disagree. I don't think he is creative enough or scores enough goals to be a 10 and isn't quick enough to play wide. .

Josh Keeya to Salisbury

Keeya and Williams did well for us at times but struggled more towards the end of the season. I thought Williams could have blossomed into a much more influential player but he seemed to plateau a bit and was in and out of the starting line up and sometimes pushed to left back. It will be interesting to see how he does at Chesham as he has a talent looking for the right position. Keeya also started well but got caught in possession too often by hard pressing teams. Not much in the way of goals or assists. But a good player in there if he can get a bit more experience round him.

The 2nd half of the season was a drop off for those mentioned and others. 19 points from the last 23 games, which also was after Jack Taylor was recalled to Sutton. So you could argue that the players that have left some Alan might have wanted to keep and others he would not. As if we recreated that 2nd half of the season over a full season we would get relegated.

Rudy Allen has confirmed his departure

Not quite the player we thought we might be getting. Looks as if we may not see any of last season's squad reappear except Gardner.
