It's been quite an odd summer break hasn't it? Nothing from the club at all about player departures and not that much even about the new pitch or the closing of the academy. I can understand maybe the latter but the stuff about the pitch is a bit odd...did they think there'd be a bit of opposition or something? I'd heard whispers about it but nothing concrete...
The pitch had better not be concrete...
Well there are occasionally comments on how we look a good side "on paper." No worse than concrete you wouldn't have thought...

New Chairman's update gives the rationale on the pitch. Interesting that the hybrid option was ruled out so that there are no limitations on use. Seems to suggest that over time the club will want as much activity as possible on the new surface.

For some reason he fell out of favour with Jules and was dropped from the team only to go back to Worthing and play out the season. This past season he also was regularly involved and helped win promotion.

I always thought he was bang average on the ball, could barely stay fit but was a very good ball winner with a lot of energy. Very surprised when he returned back to Worthing.
But for Billericay i guess it’s a good signing if they can keep him fit

That's pretty much my thoughts on him. He clearly had something, I just don't think we ever got to see it.

Taylor Clark to Billericay. I thought he did well for us but then disappeared completely.
