Squad numbers don't mean anything, players will select random numbers they like, or if 1-11 already taken they take up spare numbers.
Don't read to much into it.

Agree some players always want a certain number for example Bloomfield wanted 26 and he has taken that number upon his return to Farnborough. Toney at Brentford and with England has 17.
Seeing how Hampton allocate their numbers with 5 unallocated currently, just raises the question why it is left unused. No doubt we will get an answer shortly.

I see he says a bit of an odd phrase: "I’ve made the decision to mutually terminate my contract and part ways."
I guess he means he and Jules mutually agreed to terminate.

Says it was mutually agreed to cancel his contract so presume another of the contracts we didn’t want to afford. Good prospect for another club at this level.

Agree about his potential and we just had to cut costs.

Jules recent interview just tells us a little about the last four signings and that he is looking forward to the first game next week. Nothing about any further additional players.

New signing Alfie Williams, midfielder from Royston Town, 21 years old. Played #33 on Tuesday and looked useful. also missed a few months of last season injured.
