I was doing them whilst also doing pitchside photography. I'll try harder next time, maybe grow an extra pair of hands.
Was there no one else who could have done them?
There must have been at least one of the Hampton fans at the game who could have done the updates.

You do great work with the pictures, and I wouldn't want them to suffer if you have to concentrate on something else.

Good effort. What has happened to the rest of the much touted media team ?

I guess the lack of media coverage reflects recent financial constraints. No match report or highlights from the Hornchurch game and very sparse X coverage at Chelmsford. No coverage anywhere even in interviews of why so many players missing and how serious or not injuries may be.Maybe an opportunity for the Trust to offer some volunteer assistance?

As for the game, sounds like we played well. Babajide showed that he needs to start. Chelmsford are not the same team that finished second having lost a good number of players over the summer. Alan Julian needs to calm himself down. Not a good look to be red carded in only your second game. Being passionate is fine but there are going to be plenty of frustrating moments this season and we’ll need him in the dugout. Biggest concern is the injury list with two Academy lads making up the bench.

Fair enough. Thanks again.

Fully agree about Alan. Hopefully he calms down otherwise he could see a lot of red cards this season - National League South is a frustrating place!

Game highlights are now up on Chelmsford’s You Tube channel. Think our keeper might be a bit unhappy with his effort on their goal. Some good chances to increase our lead but keeper pulled off some good saves. Campbell’s sending off looked very soft.

Good highlights - We really did have a hatful of good chances and looked like we deserved more than a point. It did indeed look like a bit of a slip-up from Ted Curd with their goal sneaking in the near post although from Radio Beaver it sounded like we were under a lot of pressure at that time. A pretty good bounceback from the Beavers after the disappointment of Hornchurch.

I do hope we can get back to doing our own YouTube highlights. I know GRTourist suggested the media team might be a bit shorthanded currently so hopefully we will get them again in due course.

We have a very generous fan base, I am sure if the club put out a tweet asking for assistance with the media side of things plenty of trustworthy fans would have offered their services. Anyway seems like that is the least of our current problems, a big, quick and experienced CB is needed asap if we want to survive let alone compete

The comments about a big quick experienced central defender is something that many of us have been asking for since we lost Inman, Fernandez and Dreyer. Unfortunately such a player who is available is rare and would carry a heavy price tag. We might have to settle for a loan player.
