It looks like Alan’s first interview on Monday! Might give us a first insight into what is happening?
Topics mentioned.
First week in role.
What we can expect in the following months.
What he is most looking forward to.

Hmmm. Don't get me wrong, I'm very keen to know what Jules says but in addition what we'd also like to know is:

Why did Mel leave
Why are all these players leaving
Are the brothers still around
What's happening re the floodlights and pitch

Lord Elpus I agree about further questions but I doubt if these questions will be asked!

I see Mel has updated his LinkedIn now to show the end of his spell with the Beavers and says his current activity is "Relaxing! Home/USA".

Probably fair to assume he's not about to pop up imminently in a new role.

those questions should be directed at Will King/Jacque/the owners and not Alan J.

Until any of the others are prepared to stick their heads above the parapet Alan is the public face of the club.

Mel now tweeting compliments to Chelmsford about moving to a hybrid training structure:

"Great to see a club moving forward and building!!"

It seems possible to read some secondary meaning into that...

Unsure if that is a real account or not, I know he had a previous account @GwinnettMel which has since been deactivated.

Good point - not much to that account so may not be real

Don't see why it isn't real, Mel knows Robbie Simpson, manager at Chelmsford well.

Can I be the first to mention that two of our most successful managers ever were also called Alan.
