Is my memory playing up or did we have a player called Paul Butler in the 70's or early 80's who was either deaf or partially deaf?

Between 1974/75 & 1985/86 Paul had 4 spells with the club. From what I have read he did have some form of hearing problem.
99 starts 11 subs 42 goals
I believehe originally joined from Ks, his debut was 14/9/1974
Paul is our joint leading F A Cup scorer (with Yaks) on 8 goals

Yes I remember Paul, he did have a hearing problem and before each game the referee and officials had to made aware of it as he could not always hear the whistle!

Paul was an absolute legend, don’t mess with him on the pitch, and if he didn’t like you off the pitch beware!
I saw him a couple of years ago at the cars in the green event in the village, with his bike gang.

no they don't, just forming a club with a name doesn't give the history.
MK Dons won the FA Cup in 1988 even the goalscorer Laurie Sanchez says so.
Plenty of clubs through history have relocated and changed their name.
