Aside from Ronan Ince, we are fishing again in the lower leagues. Maybe it just reflects the fact the manager is working with a small budget?

The word on Station Road was that we have a better budget than last year capable of achieving a good mid table finish. It may just be that the financial issues evident during the second half of the season means the key players are already signed up elsewhere. Seven players confirmed and feels so far much like last close season but plenty of time left.

Club name and badge has been corrected on twitter and instagram too now.

Good, let's hope #hamrichfc is also being confined to the bin.

The club have been using #HRBFC on twitter now and not #HAMRICH. All left now is to change the @ back to @hrbfc

The latter might be a challenge. Just after we changed our @ to Hamrichfc another random account now private Became Hamrichfc with @ hrbfc. This may prevent the club from being able to change it. Great progress with the B!

I have a feeling that may have been the clubs doing too, or at least the previous regime.

Basingstoke have just tweeted that Sam Deadfield is rejoining us.

Brilliant. No idea what we see in him. Failed miserably at Dulwich, that appalling St Albans side and wasn't getting masses of game time in a very fortunate Basingstoke side. Massive error.
