Doesn’t sound like he has quite left yet. ‘We are circulating Josh’ sounds a round about way to say he’s available for transfer which is probably just because he is on a contract.

Josh has been used in a three man defence which may not have suited him. Spencer did mention his height which would have been against him in this formation.
