Not what I would have thought as his destination, but they must have offered him a lot of money. He was not the same player last season, missed quite a lot of games towards the end of the season.Hopefully we can get an upgrade!

Bit surprised about where Deadfield has ended up but good luck to him. Dulwich fans generally unhappy about their manager’s performance last season and lack of signings.

Ben Harris has changed his mind and stayed at Slough. They have made some useful experience player signings. Interesting to see how they go this season, as according to their managers they do not have the biggest budget in the league.

I think you’ll find it was the Slough managers who changed their mind. They released Harris because of his poor fitness record but he seems to have convinced them to give it another go. Some decent signings at Slough who like us don’t have the biggest budget.

Taking up Tony’s point about the relative sizes of the two club’s budgets, it is how you use it and certainly Slough would appear to have retained nearly all of last season’s squad and added some experienced players at our level.
Whilst we have kept most of last season’s squad , the recruits in general, are less experienced at our level . Depends who comes in before an accurate comparison can be made.
