As of this weekend just gone, no work on the pitch has started at Beveree.
I totally understand every club putting in an artificial pitch wants it done over the summer, and a limit to how much work the contractors can do at once,
but surely the sub contractors doing the digging up and drainage work etc should have started by now.

That's how I see it, Thom. I don't see any others yet. I did hear Ashford Town (Middx) was 'pencilled-in', but seemingly no confirmation of that yet.

I know we are a bit restricted without the ability to play home PSFs but three games against step 4 and two against step 3 opposition hardly seems that stretching.

It does seem a very light campaign.

Having been involved in the arranging of PSFs at my previous Club, it's the 'unwritten law' that you just can't invite yourself up the pyramid. So by having to play away, we're pretty much restricted to Step 3 or below.
