Was at Brighton , had loans at Leatherhead etc. Will be interested to see what Mel sees as his future. Julian is contemplating retirement at the end of this season. Might see the first choice keeper role split this season.

He won players player of the season and supporters player of the season for the 22/23 campaign.

Looks like a good quality backup for Julian. As ever with trying to displace a strong incumbent, I wonder how patient he will be to get his chance as he can clearly play regularly at this level. Outfield players usually get some minutes but harder to make substitutions with goalkeepers. We do need a succession plan for Julian though.

This looks like a very sensible signing, as opposed to getting a 'loaner' in as and when required or having the Academy 'keeper on demand. It'll be Mel's job to keep the 'keepers patient and keen. I could see both 'keepers given runs during the campaign - why not, if they're both good enough.

With regard to a succession plan, depending on how Adam get on, but if ok can see him and Julian sharing the keeper role.

If Adam does well and takes Jules place we should fast track him as our goal keeping coach, Jules even when retired should be kept in and around the squad at all costs.

To my way of thinking that was always the best plan.

Looks like another smart signing from Mel.

Wonder if he can take penalties...

Re watched the game against Cheshunt and he made some crucial stops especially in the second half. It might have been this display that brought him into Mel’s thinking.

Chatted to someone the other day (Cheshunt fan) and he thought he go higher so it’s sounds like a real coup

Let’s hope so be some great competition for the number one jersey
