Yesterday’s defeat could be seen as a wake up call, recently we have not been so dominant as earlier in the run with a few late goals securing the points. As for the league, we now enter a run of home games the need to maximise points being vital if we are to secure a favourable playoffs positioned.
We entertain St Albans first, a team that always does well at Beveree, so we need to be on our guard, If Thomas is going to be out for some time, I presume that Revan will deputise with Inman restored in the central defence.
Looking at other comments, it it generally agreed cover for our strikers is priority and depending on how Mel sees it, an increase in squad depth might be contemplated as well as securing key players on contract for the future.
In some ways decisions in the next few weeks might shape the outcome of this season. We have made huge strides so far, we need the momentum to continue.
