You should never hope that a league will come to the rescue of one of it's club's. League's are there to uphold the rules whatever the consequences!

Not quite NLS news but didn't want to start a new thread. Walton & Hersham have sacked their manager Scott Harris with three games left and in 7th place! Probably won't get into the playoffs after dropping out of contention during the winter but having won them three consecutive promotions you've got to say that this decision looks harsh/crazy. A bet a few teams will be beating a path to Harris' door for next season.

Strong rumours that Bobby Wilkinson is headed to Walton.

Ref Walton manager. Harris has strong connections with Kingstonian, no doubt their supporters would be pleased. Whether he would want to be involved with a club just relegated, no fixed home ground have just moved to Raynes Park Vale and whose supporters are in dispute with the Board is another matter!

I think he can do a lot better than Kingstonian who are only going one way, down and deeper down.

Tony wasn't that status quo's only UK number one hit?

Tragically, you’re correct. Francis Rossi played in goal for Kingstonian in 1968.

That’s a bit of better news for us as that leaves Bath with only two games left, Torquay and Aveley. We are one point behind with a game in hand.

Also we don't seem to be able to score any goals at the moment and can't even be sure what our best team should be out on the pitch!
