Alan Julian announcing his retirement at the end of the season. After a lot of injury issues, he hinted this may be his last season. https://x.com/hamrichfc/status/17664760 ... JLl_yHWs2A

So we won 2.1. The Club Car was going down Broad lane when we got the winner. 4th now says Mr Barbel.

Another unbelievable last gasp winner when a draw looked nailed on. Better than Tuesday but still lacking in creativity at times. We started well with a couple of early chances before Chippenham took the lead after just 9 minutes. My understanding of tactics may be a bit historic but not leaving anyone up front from an opposition corner seems madness to me. This time the ball came straight back three times from each clearance and eventually found an unmarked player who finished past Debois. The goal took the wind out of our sails and the rest of the half we reverted to Tuesday’s form book, creating not very much and Debois the busier of the two keepers. We started the second half with more purpose and Bloomfield equalised with a deft header from Fernandez’ deep cross after 55 mins. But we gradually lost momentum again, plenty of possession but not much penetration. The best chance fell to Bloomfield again but his shot was well saved by Henry. Chippenham had their own chances and a draw looked the most likely outcome until Revan got to the bye line and his low cross was met by Seymour whose shot was well saved again by Henry but this time Sub Gibson-Hammond was on hand to force home the rebound. 96th minute! At this stage of the season the result is more important than the performance and we seem to be getting something out of the most unlikely positions.

Poor first half, although we did have a couple of chances before Chippenham took the lead.
On our second half performance we deserved something out of the game.

You know something special could be happening when you pick up six points from two games with goals in the last minute of stoppage time, when you haven't really played that well.
