Torquay away.

A nice long trip this Saturday to a team that not so long ago were in the Football League. Financial problems have plagued them and going into administration has triggered a 10 point deduction making their slim playoff dreams even more remote.
Recent results have not been good, but they still have some good players in a full time squad. Jarvis and Ash remain good forwards at this level.

Torquay are not in administration (yet). They received the points deduction as they filed a notice of intention to enter administration which is punishable under NL rules. They also have a transfer embargo.

Thanks Tony for the correction. We were right about the points deducted.

A nice surprise to see that the game will be on National League TV.

Of course, comes with the additional entertainment of trying to sync the pictures with Beaver Radio (but think I have cracked that now).

Torquay are 18th! Surely we can do better than that.

As Hampton fans are won't to say if we get a point we will have done well because we might not have got any points.

Seymour didn’t seem to be injured on Tuesday but Bloomfield was always doubtful. Inman dropped in favour of Dreyer. Inman did look a bit rusty against Welling and Dreyer has been in good form. Fadahunsi will need to improve on Tuesday to give us some threat up front.
