I can't see why the club are getting flack for this.
Follow the details and it's quite clear.

Have you used the email he provided you with?

As far as I am concerned, the help given to me was good, polite and much appreciated and my comments were in no way any form of criticism. I know that my computer skills are not great and it was not the first time the club has helped me.in this area.

I'd imagine if you email him on the address he's sent you then he probably will.

They are a little ambiguous. If you were a season ticket holder for 23/24 and also had been pre 23/24 then you need to follow the instructions for pre 23/24 to get the best price.

Whether you have to follow instructions or not, the club are still honouring a ticket price from two seasons ago, which (I haven't done the research to back this up) I would assume is relatively rare at any level of football. As Jamie said, can't quite see why they're getting flack for that.

The offer is good, the instructions are a little ambiguous. Not sure why it is a problem to say that and wouldn't want anyone to miss out.

I noticed that there some benefits like meeting the manager etc. It might be a little premature but dates would be helpful, to enable folk to put them in diaries.
On this point I thought some of these extras were offered last season, but I don’t recall them taking place or is this my mind playing tricks!
